1. Dispatch & Processing Times
All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from our fulfillment center.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 6 business days depending on your location, while express delivery options (if selected at checkout) arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed through our Subscribe & Save program automatically qualify for free standard shipping every month.
3. International Delivery
Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time; we only fulfill orders within Australia.
4. Tracking Your Order
